R.Evolution Unveils Eywa Way of Water Along Dubai Water Canal

Dubai’s luxury real estate landscape continues to evolve with the launch of Eywa Way of Water, a wellness-focused waterfront residential development by R.Evolution. Located along the Dubai Water Canal, the project reflects the emirate’s growing demand for lifestyle-led, regenerative, and health-centric living experiences.

Eywa Way of Water is the second project in the Eywa Collection and introduces a new benchmark for intentional luxury living in Dubai.

A Regenerative Approach to Luxury Living

According to R.Evolution, the development will comprise 65 private residences, each designed around regenerative principles, longevity-focused amenities, and holistic wellbeing. The project highlights a broader shift within Dubai’s luxury property market—where buyers increasingly value purpose-driven design, wellness integration, and sustainable living alongside prime locations.

Alex Zagrebelny, Chairman and Chief Executive of R.Evolution, described Eywa Way of Water as more than a conventional residential building. He stated that the project has been envisioned as a living ecosystem, where architecture, energy, ritual, and nature combine to enhance everyday life, signalling a new direction for human-centric luxury real estate.

Design, Materials, and Advanced Living Systems

Designed by OAD Architects, led by architect Zane Tetere, the project features a distinctive façade crafted from glazed ceramic panels with marine-inspired bas-relief detailing, reinforcing its connection to water and nature.

Each residence is thoughtfully designed with advanced wellness features, including:

  • EMF-shielded bedrooms and grounded electrical sockets
  • Interiors finished with Roman marble and beech parquet flooring
  • Advanced air purification systems with MERV14+ filtration
  • Sound- and vibration-harmonised water systems

These elements aim to create healthier indoor environments while maintaining refined luxury aesthetics.

A Dedicated Wellness Ecosystem

A standout feature of Eywa Way of Water is its dedicated wellness level, offering more than 45 curated experiences designed to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Amenities include:

  • Six swimming pools, including a 25-metre infinity pool
  • Himalayan salt saunas and cryotherapy facilities
  • Ayurvedic therapy and holistic treatment suites
  • Meditation-focused spaces such as a 15-metre crystal sound pyramid, meditation labyrinth, and barefoot pathways

This integrated wellness offering positions the development as one of Dubai’s most comprehensive health-oriented residential communities.

Community Living and Sustainability

Residents will also have access to the Eywa Clubhouse, conceived as a social and cultural hub. Facilities include a 2,500-volume library, private dining salons, a cinema and music terrace, and a cigar lounge, encouraging a sense of community within the development.

Sustainability is embedded into the project through innovative solutions such as hydroponic micro-farms, which use up to 90% less water than traditional agriculture, and energy strategies targeting a 40% reduction in overall consumption.

Building on Award-Winning Success

Eywa Way of Water follows the success of Eywa Tree of Life, R.Evolution’s earlier development, which was named World’s Best Property 2024 by the International Property Awards.

To date, R.Evolution has delivered projects exceeding €600 million in gross development value, with approximately 2.5 million square feet completed and a further 5 million square feet under development, reinforcing its position within the global luxury real estate sector.

A New Standard for Waterfront Wellness Living

With its focus on regenerative design, wellness innovation, and waterfront living, Eywa Way of Water represents a distinctive addition to Dubai’s premium property market. For buyers and investors seeking long-term lifestyle value, sustainability, and experiential luxury, the project introduces a compelling new residential concept along the Dubai Water Canal.
